'5 MINUTE SQUAT WORKOUT || At Home ||  Bodyweight || Feel The Burn (Follow Along) Raw Soul Fitness'

'Today\'s workout is a 5 minute high intense squat workout. The format is 30 seconds of a squat variation followed by another with no rest in between.  The exercises are as follows: 1 - Squats  2 - Pulse Squats  3 - Sumo Squats  4 - Pop Squats  5 - Narrow-stance Squats  6 - Squat Jumps  7 - Side Step Squats  8 - Squat with Leg Raise 9 - Squat with Reverse Lunge 10 - Squat with Side Reach  No equipment is needed for this workout.   Perform a warm-up before partaking in this workout.
